Army Training and Certification Tracking System
ATCTS, Army Training and Certification Tracking System, is a comprehensive information assurance compliance management program currently in use by one million users in the United States Army to track, train, and certify all personnel using Army information systems.  In addition, all compliance reporting is managed and submitted by supervisors through ATCTS.  ATCTS is a customized version of WillCo’s proprietary software IASTAR®.

Missouri Neighborhood Stabilization Program
The Missouri Neighborhood Stabilization Program (MO NSP) project was issued in 2009 to assist state and local governments acquire, rehabilitate, resell, and redevelop foreclosed properties in an effort to improve blighted residential areas in Missouri. WillCo Technologies was awarded the MO NSP project and has developed a customized web-portal, www.MoNSP.org, to manage the program and communicate with all parties involved. To date, there has been a project kick-off, program guide development, sub-grantee workshops, web-portal development, and web-portal training.

Johnson County Election Board Content Management System

Johnson County Election Board Content Management System
WillCo designed the system and private label website for the Jackson County Election Board (JCEB). The website is custom-branded with the JCEB logo and has a customized color scheme. The system was designed to meet all JCEB’s compliance needs and have a customized governmental entity look and feel.

WillCo has installed software on the servers designated by the JCEB. WillCo also provides routine maintenance for the software such as adding election results to the portal and placing notices on the home page. WillCo implements the website software and database on its own servers will also update the server and website software as needed for security patches and website backups.
